The total budget revenue of the Customs sector in November decreased by 5.5% to VND37,288 billion month-on-month.
However, the Customs revenue in the first 11 months still sees positive growth.
By the end of November, the revenue increased by 14.8% to VND384,719 billion, meeting 102.6% of the estimate.
The total trade turnover in November dropped 4.1% to US$66.4 billion month-on-month.
Of which, the export turnover reached US$33.73 billion, down 5.3% (equivalent to a decrease of US$1.9 billion) and import turnover reached US$32.67 billion, down 2.8% (equivalent to a decrease of US$933 million).
Vietnam's trade balance in November had a surplus of US$1.06 billion.
In the first 11 months, the total import-export turnover reached US$715.55 billion, up 15.4% compared to the same period last year.
Of which, the export turnover gained US$369.93 billion, up 14.4%, and the import turnover reached US$345.62 billion, up 16.4%.
Vietnam's trade balance of goods in the first 11 months had a surplus of US$24.31 billion, 7.3% lower than the surplus of US$26.24 billion in the same period last year.
