The minstry said several enterprises have started building factories and working with domestic and foreign partners to acquire vaccine production technologies.

It was asked to collaborate with relevant ministries and agencies to soon submit a vaccine access plan to the Government in order to realize the goal of herd immunity by the end of this year.

The ministry was also tasked to put forward mechanisms to faciliate the development of local vaccine industry with an aim to turn Viet Nam into a vaccine production hub./.
