At the event, the ESG Institute Limited (ESGI) and An Sinh Nhan Nghia Investment Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement to implement ESG practices for Agri-Urban Development Projects in Vietnam and the Republic of South Africa.

The workshop was attended by Mr. Pham Hong Quat, Director General of the National Innovation Center, under Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Jaime Amoedo Lucas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The ESG Institute Limited (United Kingdom), along with many domestic and international experts, scientists, and business representatives.

During the workshop, participants discussed practical solutions related to innovation, digital transformation, green transition, and sustainable development in Vietnam, as well as the benefits of ESG implementation in enterprises, green finance policies, greenhouse gas emissions management, and ESG reporting in line with international standards.

Within the framework of the event, the cooperation agreement between ESGI and An Sinh Nhan Nghia Investment Joint Stock Company covers ESG training and education, strategic consulting, implementation advisory services, digital solutions, and technological innovation, contributing to the sustainable development of Agri-Urban projects in both Viet Nam and South Africa.

Earlier, on January14, in Hanoi, An Sinh Nhan Nghia Investment Joint Stock Company also signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Institute of Electronics, Automation and Clean Energy (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations) to apply renewable energy, automation, IoT, and AI technologies in smart agriculture, clean water supply, and environmental treatment for Agri-Urban Development Projects in Vietnam and South Africa.

Currently, An Sinh Nhan Nghia Investment Joint Stock Company is actively preparing to implement Agri-Urban Development Projects in Vietnam under the economic initiative “Lac Nghiep An Cu Agri-Urban Development” developed by Master Nguyen Van Cuong. The initiative has been appraised and granted international quality certification, registered for copyright protection in the United States, and has also been practically applied and implemented in the Republic of South Africa.

Funding for the project implementation has been committed by the European Economic Development Council (EEDC) under a Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) framework.
