The project is located at the Nam Son-Hap Linh Industrial Park, developed by KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (HoSE: KBC).
With the adjustment, its total investment has risen to roughly $540 million, up $130 million from the $410 million stated in the sixth amended investment certificate issued in January 2025. The seventh adjusted certificate did not include any change in investment capital.
Of this, $130 million comes from equity, accounting for 24.7% of the total investment, while the remaining $410 million is mobilized capital.
Spanning 52.8 hectares, the project is divided into three phases, with phases one and two officially operational since 2024. Phase three is expected to complete construction by Q4/2026, finish equipment installation by Q1/2027, and start production in Q2/2027. The project’s operational term runs through May 2060.
The project produces around 50 product lines, including gaming consoles, game controllers, cameras, VR headsets, AR glasses, electronic circuit boards, and headphones and components.
Once fully operational, it is expected to create 70,000 jobs, comprising 50,000 direct positions and 20,000 roles for staff of tenants in offices and factories.
