Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park and Golf Course

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company, stated in an interview with Business Forum Magazine that the Chau Duc UIZ and Golf Course project is located within the "Southeast Economic Quadrangle" - Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau. This region is noted for its rapid and inventive economic growth, and it is an important economic region in both the southern and overall regions of Vietnam. As a result, once finished and fully operational, the project will contribute to the region's and country's general economic growth, producing a synergistic impact and value distribution for Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and other aspiring development areas.

According to Sonadezi Chau Duc's CEO, the firm has engaged in infrastructure building and attracted investment from the beginning of project implementation. Currently, the Chau Duc UIZ and Golf Course have attracted 92 secondary investors from both local and international sources (including South Korea, China, and Taiwan). Out of the available 1,108 hectares of industrial property for lease, the total leased land area is around 500 hectares.

The communication network, power supply, clean water supply, wastewater treatment, and fire protection systems are all well-organized and fully functional.

Sonadezi Chau Duc intends to invest in three centralized wastewater treatment plants with a total processing capacity of about 45,000 m3/day in order to attract investments related to environmental protection and promote sustainable development of the local region. The UIZ now operates one wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 4,500 m3/day.

Mr. Tan added, "In addition, the company operates an 18-hole Golf Resort, which is one of the new destinations for golf players both domestically and internationally."
