Accordingly, factories closely combine unified centralized management and administration of the Board of Management with decentralization, autonomy, professionalism, and creativity of employees and units, particularly the role of managerial staff at all levels. At the same time, the factories actively apply science and technology to management, administration and production. Notably, in the past year, Catalan worked with software service providers to study and successfully apply ERP software in business administration. The software helps operation and administration processes to be organized in a consistent and close manner. The interaction and mutual support among departments/divisions is conducted in a timely manner to create a platform that interconnects all departments/divisions within the company easily but clearly and effectively. In addition, on its premises of 36 ha, Catalan, driven by Technology 4.0, installed thousands of CCTV cameras to improve the working environment for employees, especially fostering their enthusiasm, responsibility and working attitude. The focus on intensive development investment right in 2023 will help boost the capacity and competitive advantage, thus building a solid foundation for faster and more dynamic development in the coming time, enhancing the work performance, increasing brand value and ensuring sustainable growth.
