The project is ready to be handed over to customers from February 2024. Homeowners will receive their three- and four-bedroom apartments in fully finished condition, while the penthouses will be handed over as a bare shell.

According to Wyeren Yap, general manager for South Vietnam at CLD (Vietnam), following CLD being honoured as the Best Developer at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2023, the company is delighted to embark on the handover of DEFINE apartments to their owners.

Situated in the heart of Thu Duc of Ho Chi Minh City, DEFINE has been co-developed by CLD and Thien Duc Trading Construction Co., Ltd. It offers a wide selection of unit types, including three- and four-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, ranging between 197 and 528 square metres. The units are each equipped with a designer kitchen, which features high-quality and well-known brands such as Poliform, V-Zug, Villeroy & Boch, and Gessi.

This is the first time Poliform and V-Zug products have been featured in a Ho Chi Minh City residential development. Homeowners at DEFINE will experience a sophisticated lifestyle inspired by life in the glamorous Monaco.

The prime development offers stunning views of the Saigon River. Each unit has private lift access and spacious living and dining areas overlooking the city skyline. The master bedroom features a panoramic view of the river, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The three-bedroom Jardin units have a private courtyard garden, while the four-bedroom Rivière units boast an exclusive private pool and deck. Featuring a total of 45 pools, DEFINE is renowned for having the highest number of swimming pools in a single residential development in Ho Chi Minh City.

DEFINE’s distinct façade blends Monaco-inspired grand arches with interlocking columns to create a unique and elegant appearance. The project delivers a sophisticated and distinctive living experience through its thoughtful and luxurious designs.

Residents stepping into DEFINE’s spacious grand lobby and welcome lounge will be greeted by shimmering shades of gold and a glittering wave-like installation suspended from the ceiling, reminiscent of the Saigon River at sunset.

DEFINE delivers a holistic and harmonious living experience for its residents. Among the 50 luxurious facilities, the private car garage with the first automated parking system in Vietnam is a standout feature of the project.

Residents will be able to retrieve their parked vehicles easily via the automated car parking system using their apartment access card. The private garage, comprising 10 parking lots, comes with premium furnishings, electric vehicle (EV) charging points, and a see-through roller shutter. Outdoor eco-charging points are also available for EVs.

As a multiple award-winning residential development, DEFINE clinched two prestigious accolades for its excellence at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2021, including Best Luxury Condo Development in Ho Chi Minh City and Best High-Rise Condo Development in Vietnam.

DEFINE also won Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design in the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2019. DEFINE is set to become a green-certified development, having received the Green Mark Gold (Provisional) award by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority.
