According to Cao Bang Customs Department, from the beginning of the year to September 15, the whole Department had 273 enterprises carrying out import-export procedures, an increase of 22 enterprises compared to the same period in 2023; the total number of declarations was 7,933, an increase of 20%.

The total turnover of goods through the province reached US$724.6 million, an increase of 53% compared to the same period in 2023.

Of which, the export turnover reached more than US$454 million, the import turnover reached more than US$142 million, the turnover of goods supervised by Cao Bang Customs Department was more than US$128 million.

Notably, the export goods through the area have recently tended to increase, especially items such as: seafood, vegetables, cashew nuts, lead ingots, etc.

Import-export activities through the area managed by Cao Bang Customs Department mainly take place at the border gates: Ta Lung, Tra Linh, Soc Giang (Cao Bang) and Bac Kan Customs Branch.

Regarding state budget revenue, by September 15, the total revenue of the Department reached VND775.15 billion, an increase of 39% over the same period last year, reaching 129% of the annual estimate.
