In collaboration with Tien Giang Center General Hospital, BIDV My Tho has implemented non-cash payment methods for hospital charges, utilizing a 2-in-1 smart medical card that serves both as a patient card and a hospital charge payment card. This card offers multiple features such as cash deposit, fee payment, and cash withdrawal, and accepts both domestic and international payment cards for hospital charge payment.

BIDV My Tho has digitized many operations, which are now executed through internet banking and mobile banking on a variety of internet-connected devices such as computers, laptops, and smartphones. Most traditional counter operations have been digitized and integrated into digital banking applications.
