The CTe AQUA system can supply up to 170,000 cubic metres of water per day. It consists of pumping stations in and outside the dike to transport water to Aurora IP through a well-designed 16km-plus long pipeline system, ensuring all construction, production, and operation needs in the IP.

Together with the nation's largest wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 110,000 cubic metres per day, Aurora IP can apply advanced technology to ensure water exploitation and wastewater treatment standards before discharging.

Aurora IP is one of the core projects of Cat Tuong Group, which plans to become a smart eco IP focusing on textile and dyeing. It seeks to deepen the sustainability footprints of Vietnam's textile and garment industry.

Aurora IP covers 14,000ha in Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province - the cradle of the Vietnam textile and garment industry, right in Ninh Co Economic Zone. It owns a strategic location directly connected to most roads in the northern key economic region.

With the vision to become the nation's largest industrial-residential-service complex in the industry, Aurora IP is one of the few IPs in Vietnam with resources, a legal basis and synchronous infrastructure to build high-tech factories that meet international standards and strict process requirements.

Following its missions, Aurora IP aims to localise the production of 1 billion metres of fabric annually, strengthening Vietnam's textile and garment industry while promoting the local and national economy.

Textile and garments is one of Vietnam's key industries, with the second largest export value in the country. In 2022, amid global economic uncertainties post-pandemic, the textile clothing sector generated $44 billion in total export value.

Vietnam, however, still has bottlenecks in fabric production, stemming from the need for more textile and dyeing infrastructure.

Determined to find a solution, Cat Tuong Group has established the first green-clean-sustainable IP in Nam Dinh province, envisioned to provide a promising investment destination, ready to welcome the wave of textile production shift into Vietnam.

Aurora IP has successfully signed large-scale projects in the high-tech textile dyeing field with investors from Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan with a total investment value surpassing $300 million.
