The reason for applying law enforcement is that Saicom owed tax debt of more than 90 days since the deadline for tax payment, with an amount of over VND11.3 billion.
This Decision takes effect for a period of a year from August 6, 2021. The decision will be terminated from the time the debt is fully paid into the state budget.
In order to cooperate effectively in tax debt recovery, HCM City Tax Department has sent a document to HCM City Customs Departments to ask for coordination in applying coercion for enterprises intentionally delaying tax payments.
