From the mission of creating sustainable dwellings

For many years, An Thinh Group has been one of pioneering investors of world-class and quality product and service chains while retaining local cultural quintessence and identity.

The group is gradually affirming its leadership in serviced properties and resorts, new material and renewable energy production, healthcare and rehabilitation services, medical services, education, transportation and mineral extraction.

An Thinh Group is an investor of many large-scale, attractive and profitable projects for secondary investors like 60-ha Cuu Long Ecological Urban Area and Service Project (in Nhuan Trach, Cu Yen and Tan Vinh communes, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province), Phu Cat Urban Area (in Thach Hoa commune, Thach That district, Hanoi), The Legacy Apartment (at 106 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi), Spring Town Xuan Mai Urban Area (the first closed model urban area in Xuan Mai), The Legacy Hill Luong Son Project (including a housing, resort, nursing, and entertainment complex) likened to a masterpiece of green heritage in Hoa Binh province. The projects have helped promote economic development, ensure social security, construct rural transport infrastructure, upgrade access to modern utilities for local people, and gradually enhance people's quality of life.

In the coming time, An Thinh Group will announce two more big projects: 98-ha Legacy Riverside and 100-ha Thang Long Green Residence in Ky Son, Hoa Binh City. These projects are rural residential areas associated with public development space, commerce, services and synchronous infrastructure systems such as roads, electricity, trees, fire prevention systems, swimming pools, drainage systems, water supply and especially natural streams along the projects.

Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh, Investment Director of An Thinh Group, said: In 2023, the group will continue to develop real estate projects in Luong Son, Kim Boi and Tan Lac districts and Hoa Binh City, thus helping boost local development and giving people settlement places with synchronous, fully-utilized and modern infrastructure systems.

Simultaneously, An Thinh Group will continue to move towards a new strategic vision that is sustainable, creative, more dynamic and diversified in business areas. In the near future, the group will increase its registered capital and change its personnel structure to create a solid foundation to realize future plans, carry out larger and better projects, and help socioeconomic development and local industrialization and modernization.

… to the philosophy of "giving is having forever"

Having grown out of hardship, An Thinh Group's Board of Directors understand and want to help many disadvantaged persons in society. Every year, in addition to fulfilling tax obligations to the government and ensuring incomes and benefits for employees, An Thinh Group spends much on social charity programs such as supporting funds for the poor, donating study promotion funds, and building houses for policy-benefiting people.

In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic, despite many difficulties, An Thinh Group still supported community activities like supporting vaccine funds, assisting epidemic prevention and control, donating rice and medical equipment, protective gear and masks, providing regular and irregular supports and gifts for the poor and disadvantaged people affected by the epidemic.

Beside Hoa Binh province, An Thinh Group funded epidemic prevention and control initiated by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and many other localities such as Hanoi, Son La and Thanh Hoa.

Recognizing these efforts, An Thinh Group was honored to receive many noble awards from agencies in Hoa Binh province and other localities.

Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh said, “Sustainable development coupled with community benefits is the business philosophy determined by An Thinh Group from the very beginning. This is not only reflected in its products - quality projects for partners and customers - also expressed through the corporate culture that the Group is cultivating”.
