The National Assembly on Tuesday elected Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Anh Xuan as Vice State President of Viet Nam.

Xuan was born on January 8, 1970 in An Giang’s Tinh Bien District.

She was alternate meber an alternate member of the 11th-tenure Party Central Committee and became an official member of the 12th-tenure Party Central Committee.

She was elected to the 13th-tenure Party Central Committee at the 13th National Party Congress on January 31, 2021./.
