The General Department of Customs has recently sent a notice to the local customs departments of 50 Certificates of origin (C/O) form D which have passed the verification deadline.

Recently, the General Department of Customs received a written request to verify the validity of C/Os in the exporting country from local customs departments and businesses.
The General Department of Customs has repeatedly sent C/O form D to the C/O issuing authorities of the exporting countries for verification but has not received the verification results.
Therefore, based on the provisions of Clause 6, Article 9 of Circular 38/2018 of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Customs shall notify the list of C/O form D.
3.9 million dossiers are processed via National Single Window
This list has been sent by the General Department of Customs to the local customs departments to carry out procedures for refusing C/O form D according to regulations and notify the businesses.
