The opening session is broadcast live by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV1), Vietnam Television (VTV1) and Vietnam’s National Assembly Television.

At the beginning of the working session, the National Assembly holds a flag-raising ceremony. After opening remarks by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will present the report on the implementation outcomes of the socio-economic development plan for 2022, and socio-economic development orientations for 2023. Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh will verify the report.

At the end of the morning session, President of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Do Van Chien will present a report summarizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the session; Chairman of the Ombudsman Committee under the National Assembly's Standing Committee Duong Thanh Binh will present the Report on monitoring the solvement of voters' petitions to the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly.

In the afternoon sitting, the National Assembly will listen to report by Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phuoc on the assessment of state budget implementation in 2022 and the plan for 2023 and the three-year financial plan from 2023-2025.

State Bank Governor Nguyen Thi Hong will present the project of the amended law on anti-money laundering; Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung will present the draft resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Buon Ma Thuot of Dak Lak Province in the Central Highlands.

Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly - Chairman of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong will present the draft resolution promulgating the regulations of the National Assembly session. The National Assembly will also hear verification reports on these matters.

The remaining time of the afternoon session, the National Assembly will hold a meeting on personnel work.

The fourth session of the 15th National Assembly is scheduled to last until November 15.
