The project is expected to bring a fresh breeze to the real estate market in both Quang Nam province and Da Nang City. This is a 50-ha social security project taken over from the People's Committee of the former Dien Ban district (present-day Dien Ban Town). The first phase was built on more than 9 ha and the remainder of more than 35.7 ha was assigned to Phong Hai Thinh.
