TCP Vietnam's activities and programs are built upon the group's three core strategies: Fulfilling - Growing - Caring. The year 2024 marked a successful journey, affirming TCP Vietnam's continuous efforts in creating and spreading positive values, while aiming for a sustainable future. Enhancing the consumer experience In 2024, Red Bull and Warrior—two brands under TCP Vietnam—have made significant strides.

Specifically, for Red Bull, with the new message "Húc tới đi", the brand is aiming for a younger, more dynamic image, with a desire to ignite passion, encourage the spirit of daring to pursue dreams and ambitions, and always be ready to move forward. To spread this message, Red Bull has launched a series of exciting activities for the youth, generating strong buzz in the community. Notably, the Drone Show series in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi attracted widespread attention from audiences across the country. Additionally, the Húc Fest music night in Hanoi brought an explosive energy to over 18,500 participants. Alongside this, the Húc Tour journey, which spanned Hai Phong, Nha Trang, and Ho Chi Minh City, attracted 30.000 participants.

Alongside this, the energy drink brand Warrior has also made a shift to better connect with the Gen Z generation through message “Fuel with Warrior - Instant uplift, play hyped”. To spread this message, the brand continued its partnership with the Vietnam National Union of Students to organize the Vietnam University Games (VUG 10), attracting more than 10,000 athletes and 800,000 supporters. For two consecutive years, VUG has not only been the largest sports event for students but also a place where passion for sports, unity, and explosive moments converge. Throughout this journey, Warrior has always been there, supporting young people by energizing them to break through in every match and fully enjoy moment with their close teammates.

Strong collaboration to energize the community

2024 also marks the 5th year of a strong partnership between TCP Vietnam and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, with a series of meaningful programs for local communities.

Among these, the Worker Program series has been a tireless effort for 2 years by TCP Vietnam and Red Bull, in partnership with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Vietnam Young Physicians Association. In addition to receiving free health checkups, youth workers also participated in fun, recreational, and sports activities, fostering friendship, motivation, and a sense of contribution. After 2 years of implementation, the program attracted the participation of 80,000 youth workers in 12 provinces with a high number of workers, such as Da Nang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Long An, Can Tho, etc. Notably, in May 2024, the Worker Program event successfully energized over 12,000 youth workers.

In the past five years, TCP Vietnam, in partnership with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, has honoured a total of 260 exemplary youth figures and 152 outstanding young people nationwide. Specifically, in 2024, from June to October, the "Light of Vietnam Perseverance" program recognized and honoured 38 youth role models with disabilities, continuing to inspire and encourage the younger generation of Vietnam to push forward. During the same period, TCP Vietnam also collaborated on the "Noble Youth" selecting 20 outstanding youth representatives from fields like education, volunteering, and sports.

These programs are not only highly regarded by the community but also ranked among the top 10 key activities of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation for the 2019–2024 term, confirming TCP Vietnam's position and commitment to supporting sustainable development for the youth.

Most recently, since September this year, TCP Vietnam, in collaboration with the Central Vietnam Youth Federation and the National Volunteer Center, launched the "Community Sport Yard - Energizing Vietnamese Youth" program, providing quality sports fields for youth, especially in underdeveloped areas with limited infrastructure.

Each project spans at least 1,000m² and is designed to meet the needs for sports activities and social interaction, including football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, and modern outdoor fitness equipment. For example, in Can Tho and Nghe An, old football fields have been upgraded with new grass, new goals, and seating areas for spectators, creating ideal spaces for friendly football matches and physical training. Additionally, the project provides recycling bins to encourage people to collect and sort waste at the source, contributing to environmental protection.

By the end of 2024, 9 projects had been handed over to 9 localities, providing ideal spaces to maintain outdoor sports and recreational activities. The project is expected to complete 20 yards by 2026, encouraging active youth participation in community activities and improving the quality of life.

Joining hand to energize the environment

In response to the Prime Minister's initiative to plant one billion trees and TCP Group's strategic pillar of "Caring" in April 2024, TCP Vietnam, in collaboration with the Center for Environmental Resources and Media, the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Youth Union, and the Provincial Forest Protection Management Board, launched the "TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam" tree planting program (this program is built on the TCP Group's TCP Spirit project).

In addition to raising awareness, "TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam" contributes to improving the forest ecosystem and minimizing the impact of climate change. At the same time, the program has created conditions for company leaders, employees & local youth to participate in tree planting, directly contributing to environmental protection.

As of the end of 2024, the project of planting and nurturing 2,700 trees has achieved positive results with a survival rate of over 95%, and all trees have grown to over 1 meter in height, affirming TCP Vietnam's long-term commitment to environmental conservation.

TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam

Additionally, the thematic seminar "TCP - Journey for a Green Vietnam" for TCP Vietnam employees was held on the same day, with the participation of experts and officers from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to provide specific perspectives on the current situation of climate change along with orientations and policies for developing the carbon market in Vietnam.

Promoting development in 2025

With a series of successful collaborations over the years, TCP Vietnam will continue to strengthen its partnerships with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Central Vietnam Youth Federation, the Vietnam Student Association, government agencies, and social organizations to address economic, social, and environmental issues while spreading positive energy.
