Unit information

   The Personnel Organization Board is an advisory body for the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry on organizational and personnel work, and develops regulations and rules on personnel work and organizational management, ensuring proper implementation of standards, policies and regimes for personnel.

   The Personnel Organization Board has the following tasks:

1. Develop plans, evaluate, train, recruit, plan, appoint, mobilize, rotate staff, and build a staff organization suitable for each development stage of VCCI. Guide units to develop projects for establishment, merger, dissolution, etc. and submit them for approval.

2. Promulgate internal regulations related to the organization, staff and ensure policies for staff in the VCCI system.

3. Implement processes and procedures in recruitment, admission, staffing, salary increase and adjustment, appointment, dismissal, rotation, and transfer of staff according to VCCI's decentralization of staff management.

4. Advise and propose the construction and consolidation of internal political protection and economic security protection. Guide the implementation of personnel record management. Develop and propose plans for public service labor, military, reserve forces and militia, etc.

5. Advise, develop and submit for promulgation standards and regimes for selecting cadres for training and fostering at home and abroad, encourage and create favorable conditions for cadres and employees to participate in studying and scientific research and have the best conditions to promote the capacity of each cadre.

6. Advise and assist the VCCI Standing Committee in managing the work of sending officials to study and work abroad. Coordinate with units to organize and guide delegations to leave and enter and carry out other foreign affairs work.

7. Implement social insurance regimes and regimes on rights and benefits for officials and employees in the agency.

8. Advise and resolve petitions, complaints, and denunciations related to the benefits of cadres and civil servants, and organizational and personnel work within authority.

9. Advise the Standing Committee of VCCI and the Council of Rewards and Disciplines of VCCI to do well the emulation, rewards and discipline work of VCCI.

10. Assist the Party Delegation and Party Committee in Party affairs work.

11. Perform other tasks assigned by the Party Delegation, Party Committee and Standing Committee
