   In 2022, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, with the timely direction and support of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province; the support of the business community, especially the efforts of the staff, VCCI Vung Tau has successfully completed all assigned tasks. Thereby, contributing to creating a favorable business environment, supporting businesses to develop stably and sustainably.

   Promoting the role of a bridge connecting and supporting the business community, VCCI Vung Tau regularly recommends removing difficulties and obstacles related to the production and business activities of enterprises; actively reflects the opinions and recommendations of the community; promotes the role of a bridge connecting and supporting the business community to the Party and State agencies in order to gradually improve policies and laws, create a favorable business environment, and support enterprises.

   In parallel, the Branch also regularly organizes conferences, seminars, and training courses to provide information to businesses, helping them better understand the world economic situation so that they can come up with appropriate development directions. In 2022 alone, the Branch organized 37 seminars with 5,750 businesses participating; 71 training courses with 6,760 businesses participating. Activities such as: Building laws, policies and improving the local business environment; supporting business development, developing a team of entrepreneurs; supporting the development of business associations and members; connecting and improving the effectiveness of international integration, etc. have also been promoted and achieved very encouraging results.

   Especially in terms of supporting businesses in trade promotion and investment activities, improving the effectiveness of international integration, VCCI Vung Tau has strengthened business support programs with the main activities: Propaganda, introduction of integration, support for businesses to overcome trade barriers to boost exports,... Implementing programs and projects on training and developing businesses and entrepreneurs; seminars and training courses to improve competitiveness and support businesses in international integration; focusing on providing businesses with relevant information and advice on free trade agreements that Vietnam has signed such as: CPTPP, EVFTA, RCEP,...
