VCCI

   The Finance Department is a specialized agency with the function and task of managing and using the budget and finances of VCCI; performing financial and accounting operations according to the provisions of current law and of VCCI.

   To perform the important assigned functions and tasks, the Finance Department has built and implemented an internal financial management mechanism, guiding, coordinating, and supporting departments, centers, and units under VCCI to implement financial and budget plans and inspect and monitor compliance with the State's financial management policies and regulations and VCCI's regulations; prepare plans and annual financial and budget revenue and expenditure reports to submit to the Standing Committee.

   In particular, the Finance Committee is also the unit that advises the Standing Committee on the management, use, and creation of investment budget sources, and the expansion of VCCI's operations; inspects and makes recommendations to the Standing Committee on the use and management of finance and budget to preserve and develop the capital of VCCI and its affiliated units.
