Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hien (Ba Ria-Vung Tau) quit her job at the end of 2020 and received unemployment insurance until August 2021. She is currently unemployed and stays at home to take care of her children. Ms. Hien asked, did she receive the support package under Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP?

To this issue, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province replied as follows:

According to the Government's Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021 on a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employees who have Difficulties caused by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic are supported, including employees who have temporarily suspended their labor contracts, stopped working, terminated their labor contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits, etc.

According to the information Ms. Hien reflected, she has terminated her labor contract from the end of 2020, still unemployed and taking care of children, so she is not eligible for support as prescribed in Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP.
