The deadline to receive Covid-19 support money for working people is November 30, 2021
According to the provisions at Point b, Clause 1, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg, the employer makes a list of information about the employee that needs to be adjusted according to Form 03 (if any), and sends it to the relevant agency. social insurance, together with documents proving the adjusted information as prescribed by law, by the end of November 10, 2021.
The social insurance agency shall pay Covid-19 support to employees within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the correct and complete list of employees.
In case the employee adjusts information, the time limit for paying Covid-19 support is 20 working days from the date of receiving the list.
According to the above regulations, no later than November 30, 2021, employees working at enterprises will receive support money.
You have to do the procedures yourself if you have not received the Covid-19 support payment after November 30, 2021
After November 30, 2021, employees participating in unemployment insurance have not yet received support, employees must carry out procedures by themselves according to Clause 3, Article 3 of Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg.
Specifically, the procedure for requesting support due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic is as follows:
The employee requests the social insurance agency of the province or district where the employee needs to receive support using Form No. 04.
Employees must pay attention to the deadline for receiving support requests at the latest until December 20, 2021.
The deadline to receive Covid-19 support money for people who have quit their jobs is December 31, 2021
Clause 2, Article 3 of Decision 28 clearly states that the employee who has stopped participating in unemployment insurance should request the social insurance agency of the province or district where the employee needs to receive support no later than the end of May 20/ 12/2021.
The social insurance agency shall pay the Covid-19 support payment within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the employee's request for support.
Deadline for completion is December 31, 2021.
Thus, if the application is fully and validly submitted, the employee will definitely receive the support by December 31, 2021 at the latest.
