Article 4 of Decree No. 37/2016 / ND-CP: The level of compulsory insurance premiums for occupational accidents and diseases is defined as: The compulsory insurance premiums for occupational accidents and occupational diseases are 1%

However, the risk of occupational accidents in some heavy and hazardous occupations is very high and vice versa for light work. In Japan, the premiums for hazardous and hazardous industries amount are more than 8.8%, but there are some light labor, low occupational hazards such as electronic components, the closing rate is 0.3%. The Law on Occupational Safety and Health also recognizes specific benefits and responsibilities for heavy, hazardous and dangerous industries with other sectors. Therefore, it is unreasonable to make equal to  the level of 1% (revised in 2017 to 0.5% for all sectors).
