Many "doors" for cooperation between Vietnam and Plenz province are being opened, especially in the field of labor.

Recently, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vice President Hoang Quang Phong received a delegation from Plzen Province (Czech Republic) led by Mr. Rudoilf Spotak - Governor of Plzen Province.
At the meeting, Mr. Rudoilf Spotak, Governor of Plzen Province, said that the large number of Vietnamese community in Plzen is an important foundation and bridge to help promote relations between the two countries.
Currently, the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic is a united and well-integrated community, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the Czech Republic and has an increasing role and position, having been recognized as the 14th ethnic minority of the Czech Republic.
Currently, the Czech Republic in general and Plzen Province in particular are lacking medical staff. In particular, Mr. Spotak appreciated that there are many Vietnamese workers working in hospitals in the Czech Republic in various positions such as doctors, nurses, caregivers... with good expertise and high skills.
Therefore, the Governor of Plzen Province expressed his interest and desire to promote cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises in training workers in the medical field to support the province in filling the human resource gap. At the same time, he will move towards expanding to other European countries because the region is currently seriously lacking in human resources in the medical field.
The Governor of Plzen Province affirmed that the Czech Republic and Plzen Province attach great importance to promoting the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.

At the meeting, VCCI Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong affirmed that Vietnam is ready to cooperate with the Czech Republic and Plzen Province in informing the Vietnamese business community operating in the fields of healthcare and human resource training to select and train Vietnamese workers to work in industries that the Czech Republic needs, in accordance with the laws of both countries.
In addition, the VCCI Vice Chairman proposed that Plzen Province (Czech Republic), the Czech Embassy in Vietnam strengthen coordination with VCCI to exchange more information on cooperation as well as specific requirements of the province in recruiting workers in Vietnam, contributing to creating conditions for Vietnamese workers to have the opportunity to work in Plzen Province.
Emphasizing that the potential for bilateral cooperation is still very large, the Vice Chairman of VCCI affirmed that VCCI will actively cooperate with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vietnam to support and create favorable conditions for Czech enterprises to invest and do business in Vietnam in areas such as industry, agriculture, beer production, tourism, etc.
At the same time, the Vice Chairman of VCCI hopes that the Governor and the government of Plzen province will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to have more market information and investment and business opportunities, thereby contributing positively to the development of the province as well as the traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation between Vietnam and the Czech Republic.
The two sides also agreed to increase the organization of business delegations to learn about the market and investment opportunities in the future, especially in areas where both sides have strengths.
