Mr. Tran Nhan Nghia (Ha Tinh) asked, are the input material records and the material quality management records the same? If not, what does the input material record include?

The Ministry of Construction responded to this issue as follows:

The 2014 Construction Law, amended and supplemented in 2020 and the decrees and circulars guiding the Construction Law do not have provisions on "input materials".

The management of the quality of construction materials, products, components and equipment used for construction works is stipulated in Article 12 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works and Article 7 of Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BXD dated August 25, 2021 of the Minister of Construction guiding a number of articles and measures to implement Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP.

The dossier on the management of the quality of materials, products, components and equipment used for construction works is stipulated in Clause 5, Article 12 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.
