In order to strengthen economic, trade and investment cooperation between Vietnam and the United States and Mexico, and to support localities and businesses in finding partners and expanding export markets, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) coordinates with embassies, chambers of commerce and related promotion organizations to organize trade and investment promotion delegations in the United States and Mexico.

1. Departure time: from May 19-31, 2025

2. Location: New York, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles (USA), Mexico City (Mexico)

3. Objectives:

- Support Vietnamese enterprises to learn about investment policies, market information, research consumer trends, connect with distributors and importers in the US and Mexican markets, establish business relationships, sign contracts, seek business and investment cooperation opportunities.

- Introduce and promote high-quality Vietnamese goods brands to consumers in the US and Mexico; introduce the potential and preferential policies to attract investment of localities to investors and businesses in the host country.

4. Working program:

- In the United States, the delegation is expected to attend the Vietnam - US Trade and Investment Promotion Conference, listen to the sharing of new policies under the Trump administration, meet and interact with large and prestigious US investors. The delegation will also have working sessions with the US Chamber of Commerce and trade and investment promotion organizations in the United States.

- In Mexico, the delegation is expected to attend the Vietnam - Mexico Business Forum, have the opportunity to exchange and share opinions with experts on Mexico's economic, trade and investment policies as well as meet with leading Mexican enterprises.

5. Industry: Multi-industry, prioritizing the fields of agricultural products, seafood, electronics, energy, textiles, handicrafts, wood and wood products, IT, ...

6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; promotion organizations/associations; industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of local agencies.

7. Costs:

- Participating enterprises pay for the costs: airfare, food, accommodation, travel, documents, general expenses of the delegation, ...

- The Organizing Committee supports part of the costs of organizing working programs, arranging meetings with partners, businesses, investors in the United States and Mexico and the costs of the Organizing Committee staff.
