The Keyhinge Toys Vietnam Joint Stock Company has 100% foreign investment capital in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Danang City. Pursuant to Decree 82/2018 / ND-CP, Decree 29/2008 / ND-CP, dated July 2, 2018, the Management Board of Danang Industrial and Export Processing Zones has issued an Official Letter No. 946 / BQL -LTD notices receiving and processing  temporary residency dossiers for foreigners only in job positions including managers, executives and experts.

Through the receiving and responding System to the businesses’ recommendations, the Keyhinge Toys Vietnam Joint Stock Company would like to ask, in case the foreigner is a technical worker, such as job position, job title, technical worker. Are mold engineering technicians, electronic engineering managers, and plastic injection technicians allowed to temporarily reside in the industrial park?

Regarding this issue, The Ministry of Planning and Investment has the following opinions:

According to Clause 3, Article 29 of the Government's Decree No. 82/2018 / ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 on the management of industrial parks and economic zones, In case of necessity, foreigners (including: managers, executives, experts) are allowed to temporarily reside in an enterprise in an industrial park or export processing zone in accordance with the regulations of the provincial People's Committee.

If necessary, the Company is requested to consult the Ministry of Public Security for guidance on temporary residency and the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for guidance on labor issues.
