According to the Law on Road Traffic, special-use motorbikes include construction motorcycles, agricultural and forestry motorbikes and other special vehicles used for national defense and security purposes which participating in road traffic. the set.

Conditions for special-use motorcycles to join in traffic are specified in Article 57 of the Law on Road Traffic and other relevant legal documents.

Therefore, in principle, the use of special-use motorcycles in traffic must comply with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic and relevant legal documents.
