Clause 3, Article 20 of Decree 121/2021/ND-CP on the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners (effective from February 12, 2022) stipulates the conditions for being granted a certificate of eligibility business case as follows:

3. Conditions for being granted a certificate of business eligibility, including:

a) Enterprises have tourist accommodation establishments that have been rated 5 stars by competent state management agencies according to the provisions of the Law on Tourism and guiding documents;

b) There is an area to arrange a business point that fully meets the conditions specified in Article 5 of this Decree;

c) There is a manager and operator of the business location who meets the conditions and criteria specified in Clause 1, Article 19 of this Decree;

d) Having a minimum charter capital of VND 500 billion and the fiscal year immediately preceding the year the enterprise submits the application for a certificate of business eligibility, or does a profitable business;

d) Having a business plan for prize-winning electronic games to ensure the maintenance of social security, order and safety in accordance with law.

Clause 1, Article 19 of Decree 121/2021/ND-CP stipulates the conditions and criteria for business point managers and operators as follows:

a) Having a minimum training degree from university or higher;

b) Having at least 03 years of experience in managing and operating prize-winning electronic game business.

Thus, in order to be granted a certificate of eligibility for trading in prize-winning electronic games for foreigners, enterprises must meet the above conditions.
