If so, what does the organization that has enough legal to design the above area needs to have regulations to implement?

According to the provisions of Clause 14, Article 1 of Decree No. 42/2017 / ND-CP, the communication network design in construction works is not in the field of issuance of practice certificates. Mr. Toan would like to ask, does the designer need a practicing certificate? If not, what specialties can the designer be able to handle?

Therefore, the person in charge of this subject must have a certificate of engineering - electrical engineering in accordance with regulations.

In case the individual only performs the design (other than the chairman or manager), a practice certificate is not required as guided above.
