Classification of construction works is specified in Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on quality management and construction. and construction maintenance. Decentralization of construction works is specified in the Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BXD dated June 30, 2021 of the Ministry of Construction, stipulating the decentralization of construction works and guiding their application in construction investment management. Mr. An should base on the criteria on the importance level or capacity scale or structure scale of the center to classify construction works.
