Regarding this issue, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ca Mau province replied as follows:

Mr. Lam Van Tai's household has 4 members. In March 2022, Mr. Lam Van Tai's household had 3 people infected with COVID-19 (F0) and 1 person performed medical isolation (F1), specifically:

- Mr. Tai's first child was treated for COVID-19 (F0) at home from March 17, 2022 to March 27, 2022.

- Mr. Tai's second child treated for COVID-19 infection (F0) at home from March 23, 2022 to April 2, 2022.

- Mr. Tai carried out medical isolation (F1) at home from March 17, 2022 to March 21, 2022, completed medical isolation.

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2021 on the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the pandemic. COVID-19 and the Prime Minister's Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg dated November 6, 2021 on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated 7 July 2021 of the Prime Minister stipulating the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the support period for COVID-19 patients (F0) and F1 medical isolation is from April 27, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

Thus, for the case that Mr. Lam Van Tai and members of Mr. Tai's household performed treatment for COVID-19 infection (F0) and carried out medical isolation (F1) in March 2022, they are not eligible for support.
